We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing and evolving organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide trusted HR advice, support key people initiatives and help translate business priorities into effective HR solutions. This is a broad, hands-on role with the opportunity to influence both day-to-day HR delivery and longer-term people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior managers on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and development.
  • Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary and conflict resolution matters.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition across the business.
  • Develop management capability through HR training and coaching.
  • Support organisational change and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Contribute to compensation, benefits, promotion and annual performance review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and support the implementation of HR and payroll systems.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to leadership.

You will bring proven HR experience, with strong generalist and employee relations expertise. You will have sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, alongside experience using HRIS platforms and people data.

You will be an excellent communicator and confident business partner, able to build trusted relationships, influence managers and work effectively in a changing environment.

The role requires occasional travel between company sites and flexibility outside standard working hours when required.
