We are excited to be partnering with a global organisation in Sussex to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to work within a global environment, providing both strategic and operational people support. Working closely with managers, leaders, and HR colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving people initiatives that support business performance and organisational growth.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work across a broad range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent development to organisational change and people-focused projects.
This role offers excellent exposure to global stakeholders and senior leadership teams, making it ideal for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate a range of people projects, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.
- Assist with talent management, succession planning, learning, and development activities.
- Drive organisational development initiatives that enhance capability, engagement, and performance.
- Support change programmes and the implementation of HR systems, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver key people priorities.
Requirements

- Previous experience in an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices, and HR operations.
- Experience working within a global environment would be ideal.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with managers and senior leaders.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
- A degree, CIPD qualification, or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
