HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to provide practical people support? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team, supporting multiple sites across the business.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with managers, provide expert HR advice, and support a positive employee experience. You'll work across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organisational change, helping managers make informed people decisions and ensuring HR practices are applied consistently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
  • Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
  • Coaching and guiding managers on people policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
  • Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
  • Supporting performance management processes and employee development discussions.
  • Assisting with organisational changes, restructures and change projects as required.
  • Using people data and insight to support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confidence working with managers at different levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
  • Practical approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

You'll be primarily based on-site, supporting multiple locations as required, with some flexibility for home working where appropriate.
