Role Overview
As HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, including:
- Employee relations case management
- Restructuring, redundancy and change programmes
- Management coaching and development
- Recruitment support
- HR projects and organisational development initiatives
- Employment law advice and guidance
- Employee engagement and retention strategies
Requirements
We are looking for a commercially-minded HR professional who can confidently work autonomously while thriving as part of a wider team.

You will ideally have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Employee relations expertise including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and ideally TUPE
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Experience designing and delivering management training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
