Location: Coventry, CV4

Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm Mon – Fri (40 hours)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience

As we continue to evolve, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can support organisational transformation and build a high-performing culture.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic and operational HR Business Partner role for an ambitious HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders to drive organisational performance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping to align our people strategy with business objectives whilst leading cultural change, developing our managers, and ensuring we continue to develop and retain outstanding talent.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business growth.
  • Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and adoption.
  • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and accountability.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and best practice HR.
  • Experience supporting production, engineering, and operational teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Act as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and organisational decision-making.
  • Review reward, recognition, and benefits programmes to support attraction and retention.
  • Develop and deliver the People Plan aligned to the company's strategic objectives.
  • Support the leadership team with organisational capability and future workforce requirements.
  • Contribute to board-level reporting on people-related risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Experience developing and implementing people strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • Drive employee engagement and help create a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Develop performance management and career development frameworks.
  • Review and modernise HR policies, procedures, and people processes.
  • Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support learning and development initiatives that improve capability across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to embed continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys influencing at senior level and has a passion for improving organisations through people.

Essential

  • Significant HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience.
  • CIPD Level 7 and demonstrable strategic HR experience.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
  • Experience implementing HR systems or improving HR processes.
  • Strong employment law knowledge.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or an operational environment.
