Description
Reporting to a Head of HR Partnering and working closely alongside HR Centre of Excellence the role of HR Business Partner will provide strategic support to senior management and leadership at multiple sites around the UK.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic support on people matters to support organisational success
- Ensure workforce planning supports long-term growth
- Support decision making with data-lead insights
- Work alongside the talent acquisition team to support with attraction and retention
- Drive initiatives to support employee engagement
- Support the organisation with change management projects
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations casework
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar Senior HR Advisor/Business Partnering role.
Ideally you will have exposure to a similar sector and multi-site environments
You will be comfortable to travel UK-wide business needs dependent

Job Offer
- Interim role for circa 8-9 months with possible scope for permanent in future
- Up to £48000pa
- Car Allowance £3500pa
