HR Business Partner London | Global Investment Firm

Partner with Exceptional Talent in a High-Performance Investment Environment

Up to £100K

5 days a week onsite

Our client is a leading global quantitative investment manager operating across international financial markets. Combining technology, data, research and trading expertise, the firm has built a reputation for innovation, intellectual rigour and exceptional performance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a highly regarded HR team in London. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performing environments and enjoys building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR delivery.

This is not a purely strategic role. The successful candidate will be a true business partner who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing complex employee matters and driving people initiatives that directly support business success.

The Opportunity

Partnering with Front Office and business-critical populations, you will play a key role in delivering the full employee lifecycle whilst acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders. Working closely with specialist teams across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward and HR Systems, you will help shape people strategies, support organisational growth and ensure best-in-class employee experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leaders across the business.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases and providing pragmatic solutions.
  • Supporting performance management, compensation and talent management processes.
  • Driving workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Facilitating performance and feedback discussions to enhance team and individual performance.
  • Using people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Supporting organisational change and business transformation activities.
  • Partnering with managers on recruitment, succession planning and talent development.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements across HR processes and policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
