HR Business Partner

Location: Hertfordshire
Type: Permanent - Hybrid & Flexible Working

Loom Talent are working with a luxury retail brand with a UK headcount of c2,500 employees and a global ecommerce reach. They have sites throughout the UK, with this role also having a global element.

This business is going from strength to strength following a huge (and exciting!) acquisition and is currently going through a period of change and transformation.

They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis, loosely based out of Hertfordshire, with hybrid and flexible working.

The Role

  • Partner with the commercial functions including Finance, IT, Procurement, and Sustainability, based in the UK with an additional overseas site - a total headcount of c250 employees.
  • Provide sound HR support across both the operational and strategic elements of the role.
  • Partner with senior key stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Look at existing HR processes and identify improvements, ensuring they are fit for purpose as the business continues to grow and change.
  • Coach leadership teams on HR best practice.
  • Manage a variety of strategic HR projects, with a focus on:
    • Organisation design, including team restructures and redeployment plans.
    • Succession planning and talent development.
    • Transformation and OD following periods of restructure and change.
    • Building a sustainability function, focusing on current approaches and future business growth.
    • Workforce planning, with a particular focus on capability and skills gaps.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating at HR Business Partner level, with a strong focus on strategic projects, particularly around organisation development, change, and transformation.
