Want to be part of something new? We're hiring a HR BP Assistant for our exciting Employee Experience team at Achieving for Children. You'll team up with our HR Business Partner, making sure our staff receive exceptional HR/ER support. About the role

As a HR BP Assistant you will deliver a full range of employee experience functions. You will work with the HR Business Partner and Head of Service, supporting casework and you'll be the go-to person for initial HR and employee relations questions, this may include, grievances, attendance management, conduct and performance conversations.

Additionally, working alongside others in our team you will contribute to well-being initiatives, support coordination of Trade Unions meetings, contribute to our monthly newsletters, coordinate employee opinion surveys and run vital staffing reports for line managers and Senior HR colleagues as required.

About you

The successful candidates will have:

  • Experience of employee relations activities, ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal – with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience of HRIS Systems - iTrent would be advantageous.
