About the role
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Division of Human Resources, providing administrative and project support to the HR Business Partner within (Professional Services)
Working from both home and campus, you will deliver a range of responsibilities which will include supporting day-to-day operational requirements as well as specific projects, such as the management of the Professional Services shared inbox, coordinating and administering the University’s recognised staff reward and recognition schemes, and responding to queries where appropriate.
You will support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service and maximise the reputation of the HR function through the delivery of a wide range of complex administrative processes, using HR databases, analysing and presenting management information, coordinating meetings and diary management.

You will build and foster relationships across Professional Services and the wider University, knowing who to liaise with on key issues and using your own judgement and specialist knowledge to resolve a wide range of queries and issues.
About you
As the ideal applicant, you will have broad experience acquired through on-the-job experience in a comparable administrative HR role and be able to work independently using own initiative as well as dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with a wide range of people and your organisational and planning skills will be demonstrated through your track record of successfully co-ordinating projects and working to deadlines.
