Job Title: HR Business Partner (Change)
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Change) to join our passionate HR team on a temporary contract for up to 12 months to play a key role in supporting the people elements of organisational change across Demelza.
Reporting to the Head of HR
This role is ideal for a highly skilled HR professional with extensive employee relations and change management experience, who can balance compassion with delivering fair, robust and compliant organisational change programmes.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and supporting restructures, consultations and change programmes
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
- Coaching managers to build capability and confidence
- Ensuring HR practices remain legally compliant and aligned with best practice
- Developing innovative HR solutions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Significant experience leading change management and consultation processes
- Extensive employee relations expertise
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to see the wider organisational impact of people decisions
Alongside this vacancy, we're also recruiting an HR Business Partner (Operations). Whilst this role is focused on organisational change and strategic people activity, the successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the HRBP Operations to deliver a joined-up HR service.
