A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the HR Director, DMI, you will drive the people strategy for the Aesop Global DMI. You will:
- Drive the Talent Agenda for your population:
- Talent Acquisition: Ensure diversity balance and anticipate pipeline for future talents.
- Talent Development and Retention: Grow skillsets across the teams and offer relevant, personalized career development opportunities through dynamic career conversations and all learning offers, in alignment with managers and all stakeholders.
- Succession Planning: Structure proactive succession planning with your populations.
- Identify strategic resourcing requirements: Anticipate current and projected skills/capability gaps through strategic workforce planning.
- Co-lead change management and organization design: Drive all end-to-end change and offer strategic support to management in your area.
- Own data management & cost controlling: Leverage data analytics to drive strategic HR frames, while supporting the HRD to effectively manage headcount and salary costs in line with the BU budget, in close collaboration with finance.
- Be accountable for employee relations: Pro-actively support managers with employee relations cases, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with legislation and L’Oreal policy

Who You Are
- Core Stakeholder Manager: Robust stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Talent & Succession Expert: Proven experience in talent development, acquisition, and structuring proactive succession plans.
- Strategic Org Design: Strong change management and workforce planning skills in a global environment.
- Data & Budget Savvy: Skilled in data management, HR cost controlling, and headcount management.
- ER Specialist: Strong expertise in UK employment law and managing ER cases.
- Agile & Solution-Oriented: Ability to work accurately at pace with ambiguity and manage change.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and managing headcount budgets.
