Role
Elevation HR are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner for a 6 Month FTC. Supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a key part of a business that values people, processes, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting core HR functions, including employee communications, training, and administration
- Administering onboarding processes – from offer letters to right-to-work checks
- Coordinating induction and internal training for compliance and development
- Managing reporting, data analytics, and trends using tools like Makodata and LearnXD
- Assisting in policy development and training delivery for line managers
- Liaising with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate processing
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Senior HR advisor and above
- Part or full CIPD qualification
- Confidence using HR systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of employment law and GDPR legislation
- Strong people skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Ability to travel to other sites when needed
