The HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey join the HR team at our Milton Park office.
Reporting to the Head Of HR you will support our retail and head office teams, acting as a trusted business partner to managers across the organisation. You will play a key role in driving the people agenda, supporting organisational change, developing management capability and delivering people solutions that enable both our colleagues and the business to thrive. Responsibilities
- Coach and support managers to build high-performing teams, improve employee engagement, and drive business performance.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and key people initiatives that support organisational growth and employee development.
- Line management responsibility, providing coaching, support and clear direction to ensure high performance.
- Partner with leaders and line managers across retail and head office teams, providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management and people development.

About You
- CIPD Level 5 is a must.
- Min. 3 years HR generalist experience including HR project ownership.
- Updated employment law knowledge.
- Retail HR and international experience would be desirable.
- Understanding of payroll would be advantageous.
- Previous line management experience.
