Why We’re Looking for You
As the EMEA HR Business Partner, you'll be the People team's primary representative in the region and a key partner to EMEA leaders, managers, and employees. This is not a traditional HRBP role with a narrowly defined business-partnering remit. Instead, you'll operate across the full breadth of the People function, combining hands-on People Operations, HR business partnering, Recruiting support, and close partnership with Workplace, as and when required.
You'll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve an operational problem, supporting a hiring process, helping a manager navigate a people issue, or partnering with Workplace on the employee experience, and then stepping back to identify broader organisational trends, advise leaders, and shape regional People priorities.
You'll be the eyes and ears of the broader People team in EMEA: building strong relationships across the region, understanding what is happening on the ground, bringing regional context and insights back to the global People team, and helping translate global People programmes into an effective EMEA experience. This is a highly varied role for someone who enjoys switching between tactical execution and strategic business partnership, thrives in ambiguity, and is energised by building and improving things as the organisation grows.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary People team partner for EMEA, building trusted relationships with regional leaders, managers, and employees across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services, Support, RevOps, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Partner with managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, team health, and other day-to-day people matters
- Provide hands-on People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with the global People Operations team to ensure processes are delivered effectively in EMEA
- Support the Recruitment team for EMEA hires, including partnering with hiring managers, participating in interviews, and providing regional context where needed
- Partner closely with Workplace function, to support employee experience, engagement, events, and regional culture initiatives
- Be the eyes and ears of the broader People team in EMEA; proactively identifying themes, risks, opportunities, and feedback from the region and bringing those insights back to the global team
- Support the rollout of any global People programmes in EMEA, while identifying where regional requirements or context call for a different approach
- Help managers and leaders navigate complex and sensitive people situations, balancing employee experience, business needs, and appropriate risk management
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams on regional people matters, as and when required
- Build strong relationships with EMEA leadership and use your understanding of the business to provide thoughtful, commercially aware People advice
- Switch comfortably between tactical execution and strategic business partnership depending on what the business needs
- Help the broader People team stay connected to what is happening across EMEA and ensure the region is well represented in global People priorities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
