Remote HR Business Partner, EMEA, Permanent, £65k-£70k

We are supporting a global technology organisation in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its EMEA division. This role sits at the heart of a complex, multinational environment and will suit someone already operating confidently at HRBP operationally and strategically who is ready to broaden their remit across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

You will partner closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR operations and people strategy, organisational capability, and cultural development. This is a highly visible role with the scope to influence across the region and contribute to long-term organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Partnership — Provide credible, proactive support to managers and senior leaders, shaping effective people management and organisational performance.
  • Leadership Capability — Strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and targeted development initiatives.
  • Change & Transformation — Support organisational change, continuous improvement, and cultural evolution across multiple geographies.
  • Talent & Succession — Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent, ensuring robust succession pipelines.
  • Reward & Compensation — Contribute to the alignment and embedding of reward structures that attract and motivate talent.
  • Data-Driven Insight — Analyse workforce data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and inform decision-making.
  • DEI Advocacy — Champion initiatives that build an inclusive, equitable, and engaging workplace.
  • Engagement & Wellbeing — Support programmes that enhance employee experience and wellbeing.
  • Policy & Compliance — Provide guidance on HR policy and employment law, ensuring consistency across the region.
  • HR Projects — Lead or contribute to regional HR initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Group Alignment — Work closely with Group HR and Centres of Excellence to embed shared principles and standardised practices.

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to translate people strategy into practical, actionable plans.
  • Experience supporting organisational change across teams or geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to fair, inclusive, and equitable people practices.
  • Broad experience managing employee relations matters through to resolution.
  • Strong grounding in UK employment law; EMEA exposure advantageous.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with HR data and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and data accuracy standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
