Senior HR Leader EMEA
An exciting opportunity to join a growing international organisation as the senior HR leader for the EMEA region. Description
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead the people agenda across the EMEA region, partnering closely with regional and global leadership teams to drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and sustainable business performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to support business strategy, growth and organisational change.
- Leading workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives across multiple countries.
- Coaching and influencing leaders on complex people, performance and organisational matters.
- Driving talent management, succession planning and leadership development activities.
- Leading employee and labour relations matters across the region, working alongside external advisors where required.
- Ensuring employment law compliance and effective HR practices across a range of European markets.
- Leading and developing regional HR support resources while working closely with the global HR function.
- Supporting the delivery of strategic people initiatives, including capability building, organisational effectiveness and future workforce planning.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across commercial, operational and functional leadership teams.

Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR leader with a strong track record of operating in complex, international environments.
You will demonstrate:
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience across multiple European countries.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Proven success leading organisational change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
- Experience supporting both operational and commercial functions.
- A sound understanding of European employment legislation and employee relations frameworks.
- Experience operating within a global, matrix-style organisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and coaching capabilities.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
- The gravitas and credibility to challenge senior leaders and drive meaningful organisational outcomes

Job Offer
- Salary £80,000-£90,000
- 15% annual bonus
- £900 per month car allowance
- 8% employer pension contribution
- Private single healthcare
- Hybrid working environment with flexibility and autonomy c. 1-2 days per week on site
- Travel to European sites on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis
