HR Business Partner opportunity available working for a leading care company based in the Wakefield area, West Yorkshire. In this role you will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with managers and leaders to inform the HR strategy for each area of the organisation.
- Work with stakeholders to identify key HR challenges.
- Use evidence and data to identify HR priorities for the organisation and address future workforce needs.
- Provide expert guidance on HR practices such as restructures and succession planning.
- Bring HR expertise and develop solutions to help each area to deliver its strategy.

The Role
Workforce development
- Partner with managers to create robust Workforce Development Plans, using data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas of concern.
Organisational Change
- Provide expert advice and lead on HR projects including acquisitions, TUPE’s, restructures and service closures.
Employee Relations
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Advise and support on complex employee relations cases.
- Act as point of escalation for HR Advisors and senior managers on complex or higher risk HR issues.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with values and legal requirements.
- Maintain up to date employment law knowledge.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
- Lead or support HR projects that enhance employee wellbeing.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Experience Required
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the charity or social care sector.
