What you'll do

The HR Business Partner is a critical, regionally aligned role within the People, Brand & Culture (PB&C) organization, serving as the primary PB&C advisor for the United Kingdom and France. Working closely with Strategic Business Partners, business leaders, Legal, and Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organizational change, workforce risk, consultation requirements, and local employment law.

You will partner with senior leaders to address complex people challenges, provide pragmatic, risk-based advice, and support business decisions that balance employee experience, compliance obligations, and operational needs. As the local subject matter expert for the UK and France, you will help translate enterprise people strategies into locally relevant solutions while identifying and mitigating organizational risks.

You will build trusted relationships across the business, providing coaching, credible challenge, and guidance on sensitive and business-critical matters. You will also support the broader PB&C organization through complex case management, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and leadership in your areas of expertise.

Your internal job title will be Solutions Partner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
