About The Role
A fast-growing, scaling organisation is seeking a People Business Partner to join its expanding People team on a 14-month contract. This role suits someone who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys building structure, process, and capability as the business matures.
You’ll partner with managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness, embed scalable People processes, and support the integration of Workday and other systems. The focus is on operational excellence, process design, and enabling managers to lead confidently through growth and change.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to embed consistent, scalable People practices across the business.
- Drive process improvement and integration projects, particularly around Workday and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll governance, and benefits administration with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of People data quality, documentation, and compliance.
- Collaborate on People programmes that enhance engagement, culture, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide pragmatic guidance on employee matters, escalating complex issues where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a People Partner or HRBP within consulting or a closely aligned sector (e.g., professional services, tech, or scale-up environments).
- Hands-on experience with Workday and process integration or implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Practical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- EMEA or international experience.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
