Your new role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leadership teams within a fast-paced, commercial organisation. This is a true partnering role, combining strategic HR support with hands-on operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and people strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic HR guidance on complex people matters and business challenges.
- Lead on a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, and settlement agreements.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redundancy programmes, and TUPE activity.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support the delivery of action plans.
- Advise on reward, compensation, and benchmarking activity.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR requirements, and HR best practice.
- Coach and support managers to build capability and promote effective people management.

About You
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within a complex, fast-moving organisation.
- Strong employee relations expertise with confidence managing high-risk and complex casework.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
- Commercially minded with the ability to use data and insights to influence decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships whilst delivering practical and strategic people solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- CIPD L7 (or equivalent)
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong Employee Relations experience, managing complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience leading organisational change, restructures, redundancy, and/or TUPE projects.
- Workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning experience.
- Ability to use people data and insights to drive commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
