About the Company

Our client is a global software company, already a market leader and set for exciting growth. You will be joining a winning team in a dynamic, high-growth, enterprise SaaS/AI company.

About the Role

This is a senior hands-on HR Business Partner and a trusted advisor to senior leadership across a global business. The role translates business strategy into integrated people strategy, connecting leadership ambition and workforce capability, and partnering with local HR teams to deliver outcomes into the local framework.

This is a high-profile global role, although not a people-management position initially; influence will be exercised through expertise, strategic insight, and shaping decisions at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate operates with an AI-first mindset, instinctively reaching for data, automation, and intelligent tooling to provide influence and impact globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders, challenging thinking and influencing decisions on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Translate complex business priorities into actionable people strategies.
  • Use data and qualitative insight, and drive strategies that move the business forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
