Join us as a hands-on, HR Business Partner and help shape new HR structures while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cambone with a hybrid working model, including at least one on-site day per week.
Duties & Main Responsibilities
- Independently manage and support employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Advise and support managers in the execution of their leadership responsibilities, particularly in relation to employment law, HR management, and employee-related matters, including grievances, disciplinary and dismissal procedures
- HR Operational activities, including the preparation of employment contracts, ad-ministration of certificates and confirmations, maintenance of personnel records and related tasks, as well as managing the onboarding process and the monthly payroll process.
- Lead audit & visa requirement processes
- Contribute to and manage HR-related projects and developing, planning and executing employee experience initiatives (Reward, Learning & Development, engagement, health & wellbeing, etc.)
- Optimizing existing systems and processes for increased efficiency or automation
- Drive new strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of HR and/other HR-team.
- Internal/External reporting & statistics
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, proactively managing risk and safeguarding the organisation's reputation
- Support the Recruiting team with recruitment and Employer Branding activities.

- Successfully completed relevant degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in general HR work and ideally experience as a HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of modern HR practices and solid understanding of labor and social security law
- Strong analytical thinking, strong implementation skills, and a structured, results-oriented way of working
- Confident use of MS Office (preferably including SharePoint)
- High level of empathy, very good stakeholder and communication skills, and a confident demeanor
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written required
