Site HR Business Partner
Location: Carrickmacross
Reporting to the Site Director, the Site HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support across the site. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to deliver the people strategy and workforce plans.
- Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and community initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs, maintain HR systems, and ensure legal and audit compliance.

About You
- Experienced HR professional, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or food production.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
