Our client is urgently need an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for their Leamington Spa location.
Role Details:
- Location: Leamington Spa
- Office Attendance: 5 days per week in the office
- Grade: C2
- Salary Range: Base + Bonus + Benefits
- Role type: Full-time/Permanent
- Work authorization required: UK Citizens/Permanent Residents (ILR)
The Role The HR Business Partner supports business units in delivering HR initiatives aligned to organisational goals. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, staffing and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment legislation.

Key responsibilities:
- Support business leaders in executing HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil hiring requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations cases with guidance from senior HRBP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UK employment law, and GDPR requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and learning & development activities.
- Maintain HR data and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Your Profile Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Understanding of HR business partnering and employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
- Attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
