HR Business Partner role, reporting to HR Director

Description

  • Provide solid HR business partnering to assigned sites and divisions
  • Responsibility for full end to end HR operational support
  • Drive talent and succession planning
  • Champion inclusion, wellbeing and engagement
  • Support and drive change management initiatives
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships to be able to influence and coach

Profile

  • Experience in HR Partnering from Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and best practice
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
  • Exposure to working within large complex matrix structured environments
  • Solutions orientated, self starter and motivated individual
