HR Business Partner
We're looking for a highly motivated and resourceful HR Business Partner to join our HR Team and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal & HR, the HR Business Partner will be an integral part of the HR team, providing hands-on support across a range of HR functions.
Please note: This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm). We are based in Euston, London.
What You’ll Work On:
Business Partnering
- Partner with managers in all areas of the clinical and head office management team and provide practical and timely advice on HR policies, employment law, and employee engagement, ensuring their understanding and compliance.
- Monitor and support attendance.
Policies
- Continuously review HR Policies and suggest amendments as necessary.
- Ensure legislative changes that may affect existing policies are identified and reflected in the policies.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training so managers can self-serve basic HR processes.
- Ensure training records are kept up to date, analyse feedback, and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Assist line managers to source, coordinate, and evaluate appropriate training and development needs.
Employee Relations
- Responsible for managing ER processes and advising and assisting line managers in managing, sometimes complex, ER cases (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, capability, absence etc.).
- Ensure that relevant legal updates are communicated to Managers.
Performance Management
- Own the Annual Performance review process.
- Work with managers to ensure objectives for all are documented and achieved.
- Ensure Job descriptions are updated and relevant for all areas.

Talent Management & Compensation
- Work with managers to engage, develop, and retain employees by using creative commercial solutions.
- Introduce or maximise employee benefits for maximum engagement.
- Ensure that a fair and consistent process is in place to reward employees.
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD qualified.
- A great understanding of all areas of HR law and practice.
- HR experience - min 4 years experience.
- 5 day attendance at the office and promoting policies by example.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Tech and startup experience.
- Flexible and adaptable style.
- Attention to detail.
- Resilience and determination.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills with a high standard of accuracy (including clear and grammatically precise writing style).
- Experience of working with and advising line managers and employees.
- Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently.
- Ability to effectively manage difficult conversations at all levels (including management).
- Healthcare experience (desirable).
