Seen Studios HR Business Partner
Seen Studios is a B Corp certified creative agency that designs brand environments with purpose, collaborating with some of the industry’s leading global brands. We create authentic retail spaces and activations using cutting-edge materials, innovative digital platforms and efficient build methods. Creativity, consumer insight and sustainability are at our core.
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us on a permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR across Seen Studios. You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations and management team, supported by our HR system and a Fractional HR Director.
This is a key, standalone role in a growing business. You’ll cover the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance and employee relations. You’ll get stuck in with hands-on delivery while building strong relationships with managers and teams across the agency.
You’ll also be a trusted, approachable presence across the business. You’ll take ownership of everyday HR matters and know when to bring in specialist or senior advice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
