HR Business Partner – Operational Focus
2 year FTC
Nottinghamshire - Hybrid Working (typically 2 days in the office)
Up to £42,000 plus amazing benefits
Full time – flexible working hours
I'm working exclusively with an organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to provide immediate cover within a busy and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who can quickly build relationships, work independently and provide a proactive and operational HR service from day one.

The role will involve:
- Partnering with managers to provide expert HR advice and support.
- Managing complex employee relations cases.
- Leading on organisational change and TUPE activity.
- Supporting performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Coaching and developing managers on people-related matters.
- Contributing to HR projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 5 years' experience working as an HR Generalist.
- Has significant experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Ideally has previous TUPE experience.
- Can confidently influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
Experience is essential for this role. A CIPD qualification is welcomed but not essential if you have the right level of experience.
