Client Details

Leading logistics business based across the East and West Midlands

Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support and manage any TUPEs.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth.

  • Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations cases effectively.
  • Skills in data analysis and using HR systems or tools.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
