Leading logistics business based across the East and West Midlands
Description
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support and manage any TUPEs.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth.

- Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations cases effectively.
- Skills in data analysis and using HR systems or tools.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
