One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner with experience partnering with Software Development / Software Engineering departments.

Location – Hybrid – Remote / West Midlands (Birmingham/Solihull)
Duration – 6 months
Day rate – £400 – 500 per day Inside IR35

Experience:
- HR and/or People Partnering
- Partnering with Software Development / Engineering teams / departments (need to understand what a Developer / Software Engineer does on a day-to-day basis)
- Stakeholder management – engagement
- Able to work with people at all levels from Developer to HR Director & CTO
