Responsibilities
About The Team
TikTok LIVE team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors. It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Support your assigned business unit(s) by gaining an understanding of business goals and helping to implement effective HR practices.
- Participate in the operation of HR special projects, including leadership development, onboarding programs, and learning & development initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of related activities, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation of outcomes.
- Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks to optimize HR operations and decision-making.
- Help promote and maintain TikTok's organizational culture through planning and supporting cultural activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher program, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
- Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a commitment to working 5 days per week.
- Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow oneself in HR practice as a long-term career plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong team collaboration skills with a clear, logical thought process.
- Highly self-driven with a strong sense of purpose and ability to perform under pressure.
