We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner with strong Organisational Development (OD) expertise to join our client.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to drive business performance through people, culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver strategic HR initiatives, lead organisational change programmes and manage projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong generalist HR experience with a passion for organisational development and transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and support organisational development initiatives that improve performance, capability and employee engagement.
- Design and implement organisational structures, workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Facilitate large-scale change programmes, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organisation.
- Analyse workforce and people data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement activities and culture improvement programmes.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational design and change management.

About You
We are looking for an HR professional who can operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on when required.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrable organisational development experience, including organisation design, culture change and leadership development.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale change and transformation programmes.
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business-focused recommendations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
