Role Overview

  • Partner with managers across our European offices, providing end-to-end HR support throughout the full employee lifecycle;
  • Act as a trusted and reliable HR partner to senior leaders and top management across our European offices, advising them on all HR-related matters;
  • Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and succession planning;
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively;
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline workflows and implement best practices using our core tools;
  • Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across our distributed European offices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or banking sectors;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide business leaders;
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and employee relations with exposure to EU labor laws;
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written);
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with modern HR and productivity tech stacks (familiarity with Workable, BambooHR, and ClickUp is highly desirable).
