Interim HR Business Partner | Glasgow | up to 12 months - 4 days a week in the office
I am supporting a leading global financial services organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join their Glasgow HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist ready to take the next step into an HRBP role, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced global organisation.
You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing trusted HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, restructures, workforce strategy, compensation, promotions and talent matters. With year-end approaching, this is a role where you'll need to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

We're looking for:
- 3-5 years' HR experience in a commercial environment
- Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience
- Experience managing complex cases and performance/absence matters
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
- A confident, commercially minded and client-focused approach
