HR Business Partner / HR Leader / HR Manager / Head of HR / Technology / IT / Product / Engineering / Software Engineering | £400–£500/day or £90k FTC | Hybrid – Solihull / Birmingham / West Midlands.

We’re looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing technology business on a high-profile 6-month assignment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with senior leaders across IT, Development, Engineering, Product and Design. You’ll assess the current people structure, work with department heads, review team performance and effectiveness, identify improvements, and drive succession planning and organisational development.

You’ll need to be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with extensive experience partnering with technology teams. Experience within a Tech business would be ideal, but strong experience supporting internal IT/Technology functions will be equally relevant.

  • Comfortable operating at pace and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing structures, performance and succession planning
  • Available for a 6-month contract
