HR Business Partner
Salary: £48,418 - £51,661 (Band F)
Working in the heart of the Council, you’ll support our busy Direct Services at Dunbrik Depot, leading and providing advice on a wide variety of employee relations matters. You’ll need to understand the service needs and challenges to be able to provide appropriate solutions so building strong working relationships with managers is essential.
You’ll develop our supportive and empowering culture here at Sevenoaks and ensure a consistent approach through the application of HR policies and practices.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll support the HR Officer to develop and grow in their role, providing them exposure to different HR disciplines. Ideally, you will have worked in the HR Business Partner role before, and you will have experience of dealing with complex employee matters. In return, we can offer a flexible and supportive working environment, the opportunity to be involved in exciting HR projects and numerous development opportunities
This role will be based 2 days a week at our Dunbrik Depot in Sundridge, 1 day at Argyle Road in Sevenoaks, and 2 days working from home.
