Alfa Laval is looking for an HR Business Partner for our Sales Company in UK&I

Background
Alfa Laval UK&I is responsible for sales and service across the United Kingdom and Ireland. We employ approx. 190 employees in the UK&I. We are organised by regions, with Alfa Laval UK&I, being part of the Northern Europe region. This role also comes with the additional responsibility of HR Country Manager for UK&I. You will line manage the HR team based in the UK.
Our mission is to manage, meet and exceed customer expectations, creating strong loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle and beyond.

About the job
You will be the HR Business Partner for the UK&I sales company and will be part of the management team ensuring the people agenda is a top priority. You are responsible for the development of the HR strategy, derived from our global and local corporate strategy. Alfa Laval UK&I is striving for world-class performance across the business, and you will be a key player in supporting us to achieve our ambitious growth targets. In addition to this you will work across the Northern Europe region with your HR peers, working efficiently as an HR team to support the region and grow our business.

This role reports to the Managing Director UK&I, Alessandro Bracco. The role is based in our office in Camberley, Surrey.
Who you are
You are an established HR business partner with a well-filled HR toolbox. Your working style is characterized by pragmatic solutions, always keeping the big picture in mind. You work at pace to deliver results that drive business change and transformation. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you also to communicate clearly, concisely and you will role model our company values whilst supporting our leaders to do the same.
As an HR leader, you are clear and visible in the organization, and you engage and empower managers to attract, retain and develop talent for our growing business. You understand how to lead and manage in an agile style supporting a fast-changing transforming business.
What you know
- You have been in HR leadership positions and have experience in driving talent to unlock employees' potential as well as supporting developing high performing teams.
- You have a proven track record in coaching leaders to drive change and transformation.
- You have a proven track record as a manager of HR professionals and working in a matrix organisation.
- You have the ability to collaborate and get things done in a culturally diverse environment.
- You have strong experience in Employee Relations and have the ability to mix strategic and operational priorities.
- You have led a business through transformation ensuring you keep your people agenda at the forefront.
- Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
