HR Business Partner | South & Midlands
Up to £55,000 per annum | 9-Month Maternity Cover | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams across the South of England and Midlands, helping to create an environment where colleagues feel supported, developed, and empowered to deliver outstanding care.
About The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and Home Managers, aligning HR strategy with business goals and driving high-performance across your region. You’ll bring both operational know-how and strategic vision, delivering meaningful change, championing best practice, and creating a positive, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead on key HR projects, including restructuring, TUPE transfers, and cultural transformation.
- Manage complex employee relations issues in line with employment law, ACAS guidance, and policy.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence in recruitment, L&D, and talent acquisition.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and inform HR decisions.
- Promote DEI initiatives and drive employee engagement across the region.
- Support succession planning and organisational development.
- Ensure policies and practices remain compliant, consistent, and current.

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); working towards Level 7 is a bonus.
- Proven HRBP experience in a UK organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
- Ability to influence, coach and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in managing change, restructures, and OD initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
