Loom Talent are partnering with a market-leading brand who are going through a significant tech-focused transformation journey, and are looking for a HR Business Partner to head up that project.
This is a high-impact role partnering with the AI transformation team, relevant business unit and wider HR team to help reshape the way they do things following the implementation of various tech-focused initiatives. It's a fast-paced, complex environment where you'll play a key role in driving organisational change and enhancing capability across the business.
The role is a true mix of strategic and hands-on partnering, with a strong focus on transformation and organisational design:

- Partner with Heads of Function and Exec-level stakeholders to deliver people plans aligned to the transformation agenda
- Lead on organisational design activity including role re-purposing, realignment and structure changes
- Support business-wide transformation initiatives linked to capability enhancement
- Own and deliver org charts and structural planning across business areas
- Manage change activity supporting the business from both an operational and cultural perspective
- Drive succession planning, talent mapping and development to support future capability and retention
- Work as part of the wider transformation team to embed new ways of working

What we are looking for:
- Experience operating in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, complex organisation
- Strong background in transformation, organisational design and development
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale change initiatives, maybe as a contractor
- Interest in AI and tech and how it can shape organisations and ways of working
- Resilient and comfortable in a high pace, evolving environment
