About The Role
The HR Business Partner role at MNB Precision Ltd is a strategic and operational position designed for an experienced HR professional eager to influence organizational transformation. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving cultural change, enhancing leadership capabilities, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains outstanding talent. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to shaping the future workforce and fostering a positive, high-performance environment within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Your expertise will support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and employee engagement, making a tangible impact on the company's trajectory.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic HR practices within manufacturing or operational environments. A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent is essential, demonstrating your strategic HR expertise. You should possess significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, with a proven track record of supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is crucial, along with experience implementing HR systems and improving HR processes. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex employee relations are vital. Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive people strategies that support the company's growth and operational goals.
- Lead organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption.
- Coach and mentor managers to enhance leadership capabilities, accountability, and performance management skills.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, and HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice adherence.
- Support production, engineering, and operational teams by understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Review and enhance reward, recognition, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement the People Plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives and future workforce requirements.
- Assist in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning activities to ensure capability and agility.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational capability.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with employment legislation and uphold the highest standards of HR practice.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate across departments to embed continuous improvement practices and support operational excellence.
