Warner Hotels HR Business Partner

Warner Hotels are looking for an HR Business Partner to support 8 of our hotels, based in and around Midlands and the North. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner works with leaders and managers across our hotels to translate business and people priorities into effective localised plans. Providing strategic and practical HR advice, the HR Business Partner strengthens leadership capability, supports organisational change and ensures people decisions are fair, consistent and aligned with business objectives and our GLOW values.

This opportunity is a hybrid role, with very regular visits to your hotels and our central Hub, in Hemel Hempstead, so there is a significant amount of travel required.

  • Demonstrable experience of organisation change, employee relations, performance management and talent activity.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience using people data and insight to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Evidence of managing sensitive matters with sound judgement, resilience and confidentiality.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.

It would be great if you had experience leading significant transformation, restructuring or cultural change or a relevant coaching or mediation qualification.
