Up to £56,000 + Profit Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Full time – 35 hours per week
Site based at our HQ in Haverthwaite, Cumbria with willingness to travel to our other sites.

A leading designer, manufacturer and installer of outdoor playground equipment enjoyed by children in over 50 countries worldwide. We're looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with our leadership team and help drive our people strategy forward.
What You'll Do
- Partner with managers on all aspects of HR and people management.
- Lead employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Support recruitment, talent development and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and systems remain effective and compliant.
- Provide expert employment law advice and support organisational change.
- Manage HR reporting and people metrics.
- Support payroll administration and site Health & Safety activities.

What We're Looking For
- Level 7 CIPD qualified.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Proven ability to influence and support managers.
- Organised, commercially minded and highly confidential.
- Strong IT and HR systems experience.
