HR & Business Support Coordinator

Location: Chelmsford & London - hybrid, 2 – 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Contract: Full-time

We’re looking for an organised, proactive HR & Business Support Coordinator to support across HR, people administration, PA and office coordination.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, can manage competing priorities and is confident working with confidential information. HiBob experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and processes within HiBob.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, HR letters and other documentation.
  • Support onboarding, inductions, benefits, probation, absence and leaver processes.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, agendas and minutes for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support the day to day running of the Chelmsford and London offices.
  • Liaise with suppliers and support facilities requirements.
  • Maintain organised records and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.

About You

You’ll be organised, reliable and proactive, with the ability to think on your feet and take ownership of your workload.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous HR / People administration experience.
  • Practical experience using HiBob – essential.
  • Previous PA or Executive Support experience.
  • Experience preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Organisational skills and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with diary management, meetings and minute taking.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft 365 skills.
