London Success Academy (LSA) is offering a 4-week HR (Business & Talent Advisory Consultant) Work Placement for aspiring HR Advisors, HR Administrators, HR Coordinators, Learning & Development (L&D) professionals, HR Consultants, Talent Advisors, and HR graduates who want practical exposure to modern HR practices, employee support, talent development, and people-focused business strategy.
This expert-led programme will help you understand how HR teams support employees, managers, and business leaders through HR administration, employee lifecycle management, talent development, learning and development, workforce planning, and people advisory practices.
What You'll Learn

What You'll Do
- Explore how HR teams support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle
- Develop practical HR administration and coordination skills, including maintaining employee records and supporting HR processes
- Analyse HR scenarios and provide appropriate recommendations from an HR Advisor perspective
- Explore Learning & Development strategies, training needs analysis, and employee development planning
- Examine employee engagement, performance management, and workplace development scenarios
- Support talent planning and explore how organisations identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
- Complete a real-world HR & Talent Advisory case study and create an interview-ready portfolio project
