You’ll be joining our HR Team in a home-based role, with nationwide travel occasionally required.
This role is a HR Change Partner Role focusing on supporting our Mergers and Acquisitions activity
The role is permanent and full time
Remote working with occasional travel
Supportive and experienced team
You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away

Your future, your role
As a HR Change Partner, you’ll be:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all people activities across all M&A projects.
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, sequencing activity, identifying dependencies, and ensuring stakeholders across HR and the wider business deliver on time.
- Represent the People function in cross functional M&A meetings, ensuring alignment with Operations and other support functions.
- End to end TUPE/consultation process working in partnership with ER
- Team building and relationship development within practice and wider area teams
- Embedding values, culture, expectations, and communication channels
- Bring together HR Operations, Talent, Reward, L&D, ER, and HR Systems, ensuring smooth handoffs and joined up delivery
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in HR with strong exposure to M&A and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of TUPE processes, consultation and employment legislation (not as the SME, but confident in coordinating and signposting to ER/Legal).
- Experience coordinating complex activities with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a business partnering or project environment.
- Background in leading people projects or workstreams in complex change projects.
- Experience managing both independent acquisitions and integration projects.

- Clear and engaging facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes and opportunities
- Uses initiative to effectively prioritise, is organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, interdependencies, and sequencing of tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across HR and the wider business
