AutoCap Solutions Ltd is a UK-registered e-commerce business specialising in automotive aftermarket accessories. We're looking for a part-time HR & Compliance Administrator to join our small, remote team.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and right-to-work documentation
  • Support basic HR admin: policies, absence records, point of contact for staff HR queries
  • Assist with Companies House and general compliance filings
  • Once trained, manage our UK Visas & Immigration Sponsor Management System account (full guidance and support provided, no prior immigration experience required)
  • Liaise periodically with our immigration solicitor on compliance matters

  • UK-based, with British or Irish citizenship, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (settled status), required for part of this role
  • Comfortable with admin/record-keeping; HR background is a plus but not essential

  • Available for occasional short calls with a wider team based partly overseas
