Your new role
In this varied role, you will provide practical HR advice and support on a range of people matters, partner with clients to improve HR processes and systems, coach and guide managers, support recruitment and employee relations activity, and help create positive, high-performing workplace cultures through commercially focused HR solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an HR professional with a solid grounding in employee relations and employment law, confident in building trusted client relationships and delivering practical, commercial solutions. A strong communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be committed to continuous development, and enjoy working on a variety of projects. Ideally, you will have a CIPD qualification (or working towards it), along with a full driving licence and willingness to travel, on a hybrid basis.
