About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant to lead and support complex people-related change programmes within a sensitive and highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in organisational transformation, workforce redesign, cultural change, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring positive outcomes for both employees and the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR workstreams across organisational change and transformation projects.
- Support restructures, reorganisations, TUPE transfers, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, consultation processes, and employment legislation.
- Work closely with senior leaders, managers, staff representatives, and trade unions.
- Develop change management plans, communications, and engagement strategies.
- Assess organisational design, roles, and structures to support future workforce needs.

Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering large-scale HR change, transformation, or organisational development programmes.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, consultation requirements, and change management principles.
- Experience working within public sector, regulated, not-for-profit, housing, healthcare, social care, or charitable organisations is highly desirable.
- Comfortable operating in politically sensitive and complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working with trade unions and managing organisational change communications.
About You
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, pragmatic, and able to navigate ambiguity.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery.
