About SIPS Education Limited
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education.
Role Description
This role will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support managers and schools in dealing with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, and TUPE related matters. Working individually and as part of a team, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent HR support.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working with schools is a distinct advantage
- Strong background in HR
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to support the development of new service lines
- Desire to work as part of an enthusiastic and busy department
Job Details
- Type: Full-time (37 hours), 52 weeks
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available
- Travel: Ability to travel around the Midlands area is essential
- Part-time/Term-time Working: Requests will be considered
